I rebuild old, confusing sites for plumbers, contractors, locksmiths, garage-door companies, pest control, HVAC shops, electricians, and similar local crews. The goal is simple: someone finds you on their phone, sees what you do, and can call or request a quote without hunting. After you approve a mockup, a typical site is live in about two weeks.
What you get
A small brochure site aimed at phone leads, not a big agency project you have to babysit.
The basics that help people find you
Sensible page titles, a site that loads reasonably fast on a phone, and a link to your Google Business Profile. I do not sell ongoing SEO retainers or ad management.
You keep the files
When the build is done, or if you cancel monthly care later, you get the site files. You are not locked into my hosting forever.

Prices are in USD. This is for a standard brochure-style trade site. Online stores, booking engines, and big custom apps are outside this offer.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?
NYC trade and home-service shops that need a straightforward brochure site: plumbers, contractors, locksmiths, garage door, pest control, HVAC, electricians, roofers, and similar. If you need a store, a booking system, or a long SEO campaign, I am probably not the right fit.
Is the teardown really free?
Yes. The teardown and first mockup are how I show the problem and the proposed fix before you pay for a build.
Who hosts the site?
On the done-for-you plan, hosting, SSL, backups, and monitoring are included in the $149/month. On the custom one-time build, you can host the files wherever you want, or ask about care separately.
What if I want to cancel monthly care?
Cancel with notice. I hand over the site files so you are not stuck.
Do you run Google ads or full SEO?
No. I include basic on-page setup (titles, speed, mobile layout, Google Business Profile link). Ongoing ads and SEO retainers are not part of this offer.
